The 1 Million Meals Hunger Solution
Poverty may always be with us. Hunger does not have to be.
Every 27¢ you give counts as one meal toward one million. Churches, schools, kids and birthdays: everyone can fill a bowl.

Most nights out are forgotten by morning. At our events you laugh with friends, meet the people behind the programs, and leave knowing your evening helped a child learn, a family eat or a neighbour find a home.

Bring Bridges of Hope to your town.
Churches, businesses, schools and friends host events for Bridges of Hope programs every year. We will help you plan it, promote it and share the story.
Comedy for a Cause
An evening of clean comedy in your community hall or church, with proceeds for a Bridges of Hope program.
Barbecue or community meal
A simple, joyful way for a business or church to raise funds and awareness on a summer weekend.
Gala, dinner or celebration
A night of food and stories. Pair it with the Gift Catalogue so guests can give on the spot.

Posting a new event takes two minutes.
Only signed-in team members see this section. Publish an event and it appears on this page automatically, with its countdown, calendar button and share link. After the date passes it moves to “Recent events” by itself.
- Add NewClick “Post a new event” at the top of this page, or go to Events, then Add New.
- TitleName the event and put the town in brackets, for example: Comedy For A Cause (Taber). The town shows on the card.
- DescriptionWrite two or three sentences, the venue address and the ticket link.
- ImageSet a Featured Image, ideally 1600 by 900 pixels or larger.
- Date and publishIn the calendar settings, tick that it is an event, set the start and end, then Publish.
Repeating an event in a new town? Open a past event with “Edit or duplicate this event”, choose “Copy to a new draft”, then change the town and date.

Matthew 25 is our inspiration: we answer the call of Christ to care for the poor, the hungry, the thirsty, the naked, the stranger and the prisoner, with compassion, love, justice and mercy, and we serve every person with dignity, whatever their faith. Every plate, well, classroom and loan is an act of worship. To God be the glory.
