Description
Pull up ten chairs for neighbours
Your gift serves ten hot, home-style meals to neighbours at a Bridges of Hope table. Each meal comes with coffee and a seat where someone asks how the day went.
A shared meal says you belong here, and that message lasts longer than the plate.
Why it matters: A Lethbridge community kitchen served about 7,000 meals a month on roughly $20,000, near $3 a meal, before recent food inflation. Source
On the honour card: “In your honour, ten neighbours shared a hot meal and good company.”
This gift funds the Bridges of Hope program Fed and Safe Humans.
Gifts are pooled within the program area so they reach people when and where they are needed most. Official receipts are issued for eligible gifts.
