Bridges of Hope International Network of Development Agencies invites a selected number of learners to participate in a 6 - 9 week learning event where these will explore 7 Disciplines of Extraordinary Leaders.

The following leadership disciplines are explored:

1. The Discipline of Self-Awareness 
2. The Discipline of Self-Management 
3. The Discipline of Self-Development 
4. The Discipline of Mission 
5. The Discipline of Decision Making 
6. The Discipline of Belonging 
7. The Discipline of Aloneness 
8. Choosing Greatness

Anticipated learning outcomes include:

1) An increase in awareness of the patterns of thought and behavior that influence our leadership.
2) An increase in awareness of the focus and skills that will increase our personal effectiveness.

Daniel Zopoula, Executive Director of Bridges of Hope International Network of Development Agencies Inc. and Mitch Seeley of Leaders Coaching Leaders will co-host this education event.

If you choose to participate in this learning event you will become part of a community of 4 - 6 learners for 6 - 9 weeks of electronic conversations. Each week, participants will read post comments onto a closed website.  Each will also have an open invitation to respond to each others comments. 

There is a charge for this course.  Please email me your indication of interest if you would like to take this course. You will be directed to Mitch Seeley of Leaders Coaching Leaders who will provide you with dates as well as orientation information for the next 6-9-week learning event. Mitch is a friend to Bridges of Hope International Network of Development Agencies and works intimately with us on our leadership development activities.
